These terms cover your use of Health-Nut AI, published by RChefs Consulting, LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them. Written in plain language on purpose, if anything is unclear, email support@healthnutai.com and ask.
This is the single most important thing in this document. Health-Nut AI, and Nutty specifically, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing it tells you is medical advice. Every protocol, scan verdict, and recipe is a wiser-choice suggestion built on an anti-inflammatory framework, never a substitute for a doctor, a dietitian, or your own bloodwork. If you're managing a diagnosed condition, use Health-Nut AI alongside your care team, not instead of it. Always talk to a doctor before making a significant dietary change.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. One account is for one person, your protocol and history are personal to you.
Use Health-Nut AI for its actual purpose: your own food and health decisions. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer it, don't use it to harm or misinform someone else, and don't upload anything that isn't yours to upload. We can suspend or close an account that violates this.
Recipes you save, edits you make, and scans you take are yours. We store them to run the app for you and don't use them for anything else. Content in "Gerald & Jeanine's Kitchen" is written and owned by the founders; you can read and use it, not edit or redistribute it as your own.
Nutty is careful, but it reads a photo, not a certified lab result, and can misread a label, especially a blurry or unusual one. We don't guarantee a verdict is complete or error-free. You're responsible for your own final decision about what you eat, especially anything with a real health consequence if we got it wrong.
Health-Nut AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, RChefs Consulting, LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including a reliance on a scan verdict, protocol suggestion, or recipe. This isn't us trying to dodge responsibility for genuine mistakes, we take those seriously and want to hear about them at support@healthnutai.com, it's a standard, honest boundary for a wellness tool that explicitly isn't medical advice.
You can stop using Health-Nut AI at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy's "Your choices" section. We can also close an account that violates these terms, we'll tell you why if we do.
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above before the change applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
